Hi there, Im from Czech Republic and there is mine turbobuild on e34 m50b25 nonvanos.
-Stock engine 10:1 compression, only dual 240deg cams.
-turbo holset hx35@0.65 bar
-38mm external wastegate + manual turbosmart
-injectors redtops 346cc @ 3bar, 380cc@3.5bar
-3" exhaust pipe into two 52mm pipes, two resonators, then 540i end silencer
-63mm intake pipe
-big fmic intercooler 63mm in/out
-hks blowoff
-stock ecu bosch red label 402
-wideband lamda bosch and adjustable fuel pressure regulator
-stock clutch , 228mm singlemass flywheel
-oil cooler
-bigger water cooling radiator
Im gonna use E85, but i dont know how excactly setup the AFR with ethanol.Maybe im gonna use some mixure of e85 and ordinary gas station petrol....
Im using wideband lamda and adjustable fuel pressure regulator to adjust at least the AFR, running now about 2.8 bar. Any ideas how much of fuel pressure or what value AFR is good for E85 or mix e85 and n95 usage?
I also really need replace my whole cluch, but is there any low cost, simple solution, with some good results if my power is about 320-350hp and 450nm ?
Is there anyone who make mapped performance chips into the stock ecu?

Have no idea what kind of wideband are you using but Innovate products have some manuals that AFRs are in. I believe the AFR of mixture E85 and gas pump fuel depends of percentage of each fuel in this mixture and it'll be hard to tell what the AFR should be. If you need a cluch go to Karolo. What do you mean by "performance chip"? You need maping, no performance chip.

I think i have wideband bosch lsh1 with depo racing AFR meter gauge. The mixure of e85 and pump gas fuel could be for example 1:1. AFR for gas fuel is around 14.7 and for ethanol e85 should be around 9.8, so AFR 1:1 should be around 12.5?
Yeah i needa solve the clutch problems, so should i pm user Karolo for help ?
With the performance chip i ve meant, if somebody making mapped chips for various setups. If you have a coder, u can hexdex the original ecu chip, programm and map new one, and then burn it.Somebody have or tryied this?

For clutch pm user Karolo. I have no idea for what you need the performance chip but if you need make some changes to oryginal ROM unit inside the ECU, you'll not be able to do this cause this is a Read Only Memory. I have programer for aftermarket sockets, also I have the bin files for varius kind of ECU's. Sory I can't see the point of this but if you need I can help. Beter for U will be the pigyback unit for mapping. We are using our country product ECUMASTER and it is good for sure.

Yeah but you can copy a original file, then hexdex it. The you can modify it, do some proper tune. On ebay you can get some empty ecu chips , with rewriteable memory, which will fit into original ecu. What bins do you have for ecu number 402 with red label..?

Forget about tuning using stock Motronic ECU with turbocharger, you need ROMulator to tune Motronic real-time. Burning, putting and logging EPROMs - i spent several hours on dyno to tune almost stock N/A engine using stock Motronic ECU. You need piggy back and stock ECU or stand alone control unit.
